Submit to NASH!
Submit to NASH!
We accept submissions on a rolling basis from multidisciplinary individual artists, as well as arts organizations. Please allow a full week for our team to review your submission and get in touch with you. Immediate questions may be directed to: Ana Maria Campoy (she/her), Submissions Coordinator - . Submission forms can be found at the bottom of this page.
There are three primary ways to be involved in the NASH website:
OPTION ONE
Submit your content and information to receive a NASH channel page featuring you, your work, and opportunities for audiences to donate to support you.
OPTION TWO
Submit your live events to be featured on our livestream event calendar. We upload content regularly, but please allow a full week for our team to get your listing up and submit as far in advance as possible!
OPTION THREE
Contact our team to discuss hosting a live event, or ongoing series, on NASH streaming channels. If you are new to streaming, want more technical support, or don’t have bandwidth to build your own subscriber base - this might be the option for you! Any donations generated during your stream - even hosted on our channel - are 100% yours.

FACS will be a grassroots union created by and for freelance cultural workers from a wide range of disciplines, media, and genres including performers, writers, visual and media artists, and technicians in and around Seattle. What to Expect After You Submit
Once your submission form is received, our team reviews it within one week. We look at the completeness of your materials, the clarity of your project description, and how your work aligns with the NASH mission to amplify Northwest artists. You will hear from us regardless of the outcome; if we need more information, we will reach out with specific questions.
If your submission is accepted for a channel page, our team will guide you through the next steps, including setting up your artist profile, uploading media, and linking your donation platform. For live event listings, we will confirm the date, time, and technical details before publishing to the calendar. For hosted streaming events, we will schedule a planning call to discuss format, audience engagement, and technical rehearsal.
We encourage you to submit well in advance of any time-sensitive events. While we strive to review quickly, high submission volumes may occasionally extend the timeline. If you have not heard back after one week, please contact Ana Maria Campoy at .

Preparing Your Submission Materials
To make the review process smooth, we recommend gathering the following before you begin the form:
- Artist or organization bio (150–250 words) that describes your practice, history, and current focus.
- High-resolution images or video links that represent your work. For video, provide direct URLs (YouTube, Vimeo, or similar) rather than file uploads.
- Links to your website, social media, and any existing streaming channels so we can see your online presence.
- A short description of the content you wish to feature on NASH, including whether it is pre-recorded or live.
- For live events: proposed date, time, duration, technical requirements, and any co-hosts or collaborators.
- For organizations: a brief overview of your programming and how NASH can help amplify your work.
Having these items ready will help you complete the form in one sitting and reduce back-and-forth with our team.
Technical Requirements and Support
NASH can host a variety of media formats, but we have some baseline technical standards to ensure a quality experience for viewers. For pre-recorded content, we accept MP4 files up to 2GB, or links to hosted video platforms. For live streaming, we recommend a minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps and the use of OBS Studio or similar broadcasting software. Our team can provide a technical checklist and a test stream before your event.
If you are new to streaming, do not worry. Option Three is designed for artists who want hands-on support. We can help you set up your equipment, choose the right platform, and run a rehearsal. Any donations generated during your stream—even if hosted on a NASH channel—are 100% yours. We never take a cut of artist donations.

For more detailed technical documentation or to schedule a one-on-one tech session, please reach out via the Contact page.

About the Freelance Artists Consortium of Seattle (FACS)
The Freelance Artists Consortium of Seattle (FACS) is a new initiative under the Seattle Independent Artist Sustainability Effort (SIASE). FACS is being built as a grassroots union for freelance cultural workers across disciplines—performers, writers, visual and media artists, technicians, and more—in and around Seattle. The goal is to build unity and lasting power for independent artists who often lack collective bargaining and support structures.
Membership in FACS is free and open to all freelance cultural workers in the Seattle area. By joining, you add your voice to a growing movement advocating for fair pay, better working conditions, and sustainable careers in the arts. NASH supports this effort and encourages all independent artists to consider joining. The membership form is available on this page.
For more information about FACS or SIASE, please contact our team through the Contact page.
